This cross-reference shows the class name as well as the display name. The display name is the description you see in the game. The class name is what the game uses internally and must be referenced when making changes to an item (such as adding to trader, adding to the storage mod, changing loot quantities etc). So please refer to items using the class name and make sure it exists in the list as this will save a LOT of time. If class is listed here that does not necessarily mean that it also exists on the server. V or M indicates Vanilla or Mod.
