Required: 2 Processed Bear Pelts, 1 Ghillie Suit.

Hunt a bear. Try not to shoot it excessively. Aim for the head. The more damage you inflict upon the bear, the worse the condition of the pelts will be. You will get 2 pelts from each bear you kill.
Hold a Leather Sewing Kit in your hands.
Drag one of the pelts to the Leather Sewing Kit and combine.
Hold the left mouse button to craft a 'cutted pelt'
Note: this does NOT consume any of the sewing kit.
In your vicinity should be 2 'Processed Pelts'.
Note: you can stack up to 4 pelts in your inventory for easier storage.
Repeat this for all the pelts you have.
Combine 2 processed pelts with a Ghillie suit.
You have just crafted a bear suit.
