All vehicles can now be locked, even helicopters and boats.
When you buy a new vehicle it does not come with a key. You have to purchase a key from the trader. You have 5 days to assign a key to your new vehicle.
After that it will despawn if no key has been assigned.
Any vehicle that has not been used for 7 days will be deleted automatically unless parked in virtual garage.
