Helicopters WILL BE DAMAGED BY COLLISION and/or by gunfire. Damage is incremental meaning that the condition of the helicopter gets worse the more it is damaged. Eventually the helicopter will become ruined and can no longer be flown. Damaged helicopters can be repaired using an Aviation Repair Kit. Do not ignore damage!

Do NOT land helicopters in water as they will become ruined almost immediately. Even shallow water or swampy areas will ruin a helicopter.

Helicopters that are damaged and cannot be repaired or helicopters that are ruined will NOT be replaced or refunded under any circumstances. Do NOT purchase a helicopter if:

You don't know how to fly them OR have never flown one before.
Your internet connection is unstable or you are likely to lose connection to the server.
You are experiencing lag for any reason at all.

If losing your helicopter will ruin your game experience and cause you to rage quit then DO NOT BUY ONE. They are a luxury item for experienced and established players with money to spare. They are not considered a necessity.
